Dr. Jeff Sue Pediatric Dentist
Jeffrey V. Sue, DDS (Dr. Jeff) joined our practice as a dentist in 2000. He started seeing Dr. Mike as a patient when he was three years old. While a student at Bella Vista High School, Dr. Jeff spent time in our practice learning all about pediatric dentistry and helping Dr. Mike with patients. He was awarded the Sunrise Dental Plaza College Scholarship upon his high school graduation. While in college, he often returned to our practice to spend time with the doctors, staff, and patients. He earned his Bachelors in Psychology degree from California State University in Sacramento, and in 2006 graduated from the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni Dental School in San Francisco 2000. He completed his Residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego where he was chief resident. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Jeff has advanced training in child psychology, developmental disabilities, and infant oral health. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, California Society of Pediatric Dentists, and Sacramento District Dental Society where he has served as Dental Health Co-chairman. He has created innovative educational programs on pediatric dentistry and oral health brochures. Dr. Sue is committed to providing excellence in pediatric dentistry and has annually been voted by his peers as “Top Pediatric Dentist” in Sacramento.
He is an active community leader. He has coached his three children’s competitive and recreational soccer and baseball teams over the years, where they have won local and state recognition. He continues to direct his church youth choir, where they sing and serve at state and local rescue missions each year.
Dr. Jeff’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife and three children. He is an avid sports enthusiast and a huge Star Wars fan.
